Not once has he tried to attack- he's only been restrictive all along. The quality of support is no issue- we've seen strike bowlers from other teams reap rich hauls of wickets with little or no support- Murali, Pollock, McGrath and Lee being prime examples. Why, Australia have often won matches with second-string bowlers against top Indian batting sides. That is because the opposition knows playing him for 15 - 20 runs without giving wickets is worth than going after him and losing wickets. Put him in the Aussie team, and see how he'll perform with enough support.
.
And on those occasions, it's accompanied by wickets.Nah economy does win you matches in Twenty20 cricket.
What Harbhajan is doing may be expected from batsmen who can bowl, not strike bowlers. We expect a Murali/Mendis return from a strike spinner.
