Wow that Royal Challengers ad is try-hard. Pretending you're top **** doesn't work.

Deccan ad being funny = better.

Mumbai out tonight, you heard it here first.
Done. The Game is over. MI are out, they can't win after this considering how terrible the rest of their lineup has been.

Mumbai Chokers
Bangalore will still win, keep the faith
 Imma multiquote, point and laugh just because I'm such a ****.

We're allowed to be angry. **** performance so far.

All we want is a team with Dravid and Kallis to win a T20 tournament. But we don't want them to actually bat in it

Liez. Csk iz guuuuuuun.

What a win by Mi!

Almost like Australian wins of their glory past, so far have just rolled on like a juggernauth.

Still believe it's more of dependent on Sachin to provide the base, and Pollard to provide the finishing. But glad a core has developed around them in Slinger, Junior Dhoni and Rayudu. This was what they lacked last year and the one before that.

Meanwhile let not the negatives go unnoticed. Dhawan has gone clearly off boil after one or two good games, Bhajji looked terribly pedestrian, and truth be told I was suprised him possessing an eco rate of 7 this IPL! Obviously has benefited from bowling when much of the good work was done, and today when the pressure was on, he was taken apart.

Zak is a beauty to watch when in rhythm, almost unplayable, but otherwise can look very ordinary.

The last two have to step up in the finals. Can't expect the 5 to do the job everytime.

Dilhara has always been so frustrating. The moment you think he's finally got over it, he'll take the plunge back to direness, taking the team with him. So far hasn't done nothing but good for Mi, but I hope, pray that he does it in the finals too, and we don't have a repeat of WC07 final.

Oh and no way Nayar bat so high up the order, not with the match practise he's had after coming off the injury. Was strictly a traveller today, and looked lethargic (idiotically tried adjusting his shoe midway while 'walking' a single! A more agile fielder and he'd been in trouble)

Pollard! Wafg!

Love this ground so so much. Has in it for everyone, bounce and carry for the pace bowlers when they put in decent effort, good amount of turn, and value for shots as well.
Social, this ground is fairly big. There were atleast two threes run today, and lot of doubles as well. Only the bighitters like Pollard, Uthappa, and Tiwary really cleared the ropes and they'd do it anywhere.

Dirty stuff happen behind every successful venture. As a consumer, why should I be bothered how behind the scenes action when the product am getting is to my satisfaction?

Social with his usual anti indian tirade.
Tirade :laugh::laugh::laugh:

Make no mistake. You're one who's waiting to have a go at anything indian. Almost all your posts in this thread suggest your vehement anti Indian agenda.
Gee, didnt realise that I wrote the article or antagonised the government

Wow.

You're entitled to your opinion, of course, but I just find that astonishing.
For example do you worry about board room politics in the company which manufactures the beer you drink, or the cereal you have? Even worse things happen in European football leagues.

I think a more nuancated way to tell it, is that nothing in the world is in black & white. Whatever dark sides the IPL organisation might have, they are the only ones bringing live top cricket to my house!
