Didn't see the Arsenal game but apparently Diaby's disallowed goal was soft and Jerome might have been offside in the build up for their goal.

Just got back from Griffin Park, played pretty **** for most of the match but 3 points all the same, defence was pretty solid and Orient never really looked like beating Wojciech (what a man).

Mid table mediocrity now pretty much secured, job done for the season.

One higher than it should be IMO - there was one credited as an OG that I thought could have been given to Carrick. Meh, freak number either way but I'll take it - you've got to be doing things right for own goals to be scored for you.

Hitting shots that are headed wide of the target only for them to take a horrendous deflection and end up in the back of the net. Doesn't sound like "doing much right" just hitting with hope and getting lucky.
Not saying that's how all your own goals have come about. But I don't see how you can try and attribute them to anything that United are doing well that other sides aren't. You're just getting lucky.

That doesn't mean you can't attribute the number of own goals United have scored to luck, because to a large extent that's all it's been. But it would be a mathematical travesty to translate that to "United have been lucky this season".

Sounds a lot like the physical mentality/injuries debate to me, which IIRC, you were on the other side of the fence for.
