Would rather have moved Bell up to open than had Trott opening and KP at 3, personally. He's done it before and he should be keen to get stuck into Bangers' medium-pacers.So what's the word on England's batting order? Are Trott et al moving up a place, or will one of the lower middle order guys open in this game?
Bang have a decent chance here, don't they? They're still quite capable of getting 400 on this pitch against this attack, which puts a bit of pressure on a side that's batting last and who are a batsman short. Strikes me as a good time to put a tenner on a home win.

Graeme Swann. Graeme Swann. Super Graeme Swann
Trott opening makes more sense for me. Bell's a much better player of spin bowling than Trott, so batting in the middle order is sensible. Trott having the chance to get going against the medium pacers before facing the spinners could allow him to find some form, he still doesn't look comfortable starting against spin. Good selection for mine.Would rather have moved Bell up to open than had Trott opening and KP at 3, personally. He's done it before and he should be keen to get stuck into Bangers' medium-pacers.
It's a plot to get KP up to 3, IMHO.So what's the word on England's batting order? Are Trott et al moving up a place, or will one of the lower middle order guys open in this game?
Captain gets fined for a slow over rate. Does he get a few quid back for bowling more than 90 in a day?90 overs bowled with 10 minutes to spare!
At least the openers won't be going out tonight.
Don't think so, but should give us a bit of 'credit' for future matches, IMO.Captain gets fined for a slow over rate. Does he get a few quid back for bowling more than 90 in a day?
Very similar, particularly with them both being incredibly strong square and extra cover. Tamim is perhaps a tad more reckless though (whether thats a good or bad thing is up to you).Hint of a mini Tres about Tamim, maybe? Not so adept at the sweep as the big fella tho.
Yeah same here, have half been supporting Bangladesh the whole series, really want them to do well. Not sure who I would want to win if it got really close though. For the sake of an interesting match, I hope they get England out for under 400. But then I know I'm not as ultra-patriotic as some.
