It is as random as random can be. I will be shocked if an inactive member gets one of the big five, but it can't be helped. :(

Avoiding relegation is all I'm hoping for.

EDIT: Also I'm of the opinion that the best way of avoiding mutiny against people randoming the big 5 early on in the international round is to do all the random picking after the 4 rounds are over. So Camps wouldn't get an international player until everyone else has finished choosing.
