Benitez probably on his way then do we think? I Know he was linked with Jueventus a while back and Zaccheroni is only a on a four month contract.

Be interesting to see what direction they go in if Benitez does leave, guess a lot depends on the finances and a potential sale, not sure what the situation with that is right now.

Nah, because Juve will have to pay out a lot of money to Liverpool. As an Inter fan, I hope that it happens.

In other news, I see that Tomasz Kuszczak is threatening to leave MU if he doesn't get first team football.

Why would Rafa's failure at Liverpool earn him a better paid job at a better club? Makes no sense to me. Looks kinda inevitable though.

Watching Liverpool last season and it's ridiculous how much they've dropped. Last year they were going out to destroy teams and scored pleanty of goals. It's almost like it was an abherration for Rafa and now he's refered back to the **** on a stick defensive routine. They could probably catch one of City, Vill and Spurs but all three of them? Can't see it. Interesting summer ahead for them.

So insanely nervous for this it's not funny. Set my alarm to wake me but woke up an hour early anyway and can't go back to bed.

No Cesc, Rvp or Gallas so our best midfielder, forward and defender are all out but I'm still optimistic tbh. Think Bendtner is saving his goals up for this and Arshavin is due a big one. Think we do this 3-1 or 4-1. [/optimism]

On the 24 occasions Porto have built a home leg lead in Europe they have always progressed to the next round.

Arsenal haven't overturned a first leg deficit in Europe since Willie Young scored the winner against Hadjuk Split at Highbury 30 years ago

Errm, not so confident now. Gah, rough couple of hours ahead.

Said in the paper today we've haven't won a European tie after conceding a lead in the away leg since we beat Hadjuk Split in the old Wafer Cup in 1978.

Pretty turd run & omen, tbh.

I heard arse hadn't overturned a deficit in Europe since they played the Banana splits, can anyone confirm this?

Damn, I seriously considered backing Bendtner after the weekend, figured after that nightmare he's bound to poach one, but couldn't bring myself to do it because he's just SOOO ordinary.:@

Decent couple of Goals from the Arse, but the defences are wretched. Arsenal can't win owt without Gallas, and he's out for a while, so they won't.
