Do you include the Champions trophy and the tour of India in that. Its not like Aust were playing badly and then only played good at home against Pak and WI.

I agree people should get the ethnicity right but you "hate how everyone keeps on calling him samoan" ? Why? Do you think being Samoan is somehow demeaning? Or do you think his being of white (mixed) stock makes you feel more akin to him? or what?

I presume, from your post, that maybe his mother is Samoan. Its not such a big deal is it?

No. It is an ethnicity as defined by the census. The term Samoan is not being used to say he is a citizen of Samoa. It is being used to say he is ethnic Samoan. Exactly the same.

Gods, that was a sweet win last night. Was on tenterhooks in the last couple of overs and barely able to watch the play as I said to myself over and over "dont get out Scotty, dont get out!". But after Bond hit those two fours I knew it was going to be alright. Pity I couldnt take part in the thread chat as too many people were hogging the net last night and it got choppy. Time to get some coffee and read over the last few pages.
