*Official* Bangladesh in New Zealand

International Coach
There is no decent explanation for why we are not already 250+ and declared. It's just brainless.

ftr, have softened my stance very slightly on McCullum, but still think he did the wrong thing. You can't go up for a full volume appeal and then whisper something in the umpire's ear when everyone is already celebrating and the batsman is half way off the park.

Ian Smith needs to seriously think about doing voice-overs as Murray from Flight of the Conchords.

Only 1/2 a session left in the day because of the light factor ... are they going to declare now over bat out a few more overs post tea?

More than likley theres only going to be 2.5 session of play tommorow as well

What the hell kind of shot was that? This is the most damning thing about Bangladesh - the shot selection is dire. It's one thing if you just lose because the other team is better....but another to play shots like that.

What is it with Bangladesh and shot selection anyway? Do they all have ADD?
The guy's just a kid, cut him some slack..

All credit to the Bangers if it was a team plan to try to go for a win though. Smash some quick runs tonight to eat into the total, then start tomorrow with a chance to win if they bat the day out.

Yea, it makes no sense. I tuned into this game knowing this is what'll happen. They'll hit a couple fours, the commentators will laud them for being 'aggressive', and then they'll do something like walking halfway down the pitch and trying to hit a fast bowler for six.

If you simply get outfoxed by a bowler, or he's too good for you, it's one thing. But look at this shot...he just HEAVED IT ACROSS THE LINE. I mean, what the hell is that? And on cue, the commentator says: "No shortage of bravery." In what world is it bravery to play like that?

It's a collective one - look at the new guy coming in - same thing. Did you see that heave across the line?
It's a collective plan, Tamim down to Aftab there going to go in a aggressive fashion try to milk as many runs off ass possible and than

play cons3ervitvly as I Type this Juniad falls to flucky dismissal

Martin: can't bat, can't ****ing field. Can hardly bowl either these days. Has the penetration of a pencil with no lead.

If that was Ponting the commentators wouldn't be laughing.

So dire getting run out in a chase.

Tipping Keyes to smash his highest score this innings, will get out in the nervous forties IMO. 44 out, L.B.W.

No it's not a "plan". This is what they do - and have always done in every match. And that's why they lose every match. It's not aggressiveness, it's stupidity.
