Incredible the domination the Australian bowlers have had over the Pakistan top order. The end of this tour surely can't come quick enough for Pakistan. Would be a bad event for Pakistan to lose 3-0 Tests, 5-0 in ODI's but win the T20. Will create a bad culture if T20 success appears the only avenue of victory.

Yeah, like I said I'm a big fan of the expensive wicket taker.
I think in the World Cup though, Tait's performance was down to being more able to consistently bowl the unplayable deliveries than anything else.
Against Ireland for instance, he got his wickets with absolutely brutal balls that were too good for the Irish batsmen, but at the same time from memory he also got caned for about 5 an over.
That was the brilliant thing about an on form Tait, you'd watch the start of an over and the chances of him getting absolutely taken apart were roughly equal to him snaring 2 or 3 wickets.

ya I agree man..i bet it has been a very depressing tour for pakistani fans..I am really hopeful for the 20/20 match though.. seeing afridi captaining the team.. and giving pakistan thier first victory in this tour will be satisfying..

Why not just rest Siddle and play Johnson, Harris & McKay? So stupid, Siddle's injury prone, or at least carrying an injury of sorts, and all they do each time is sit him out for 1 game here or there and bring him back next time around. Why not just sit him out for the series and let him recover properly, it's not as if Harris/McKay are exactly disgracing themselves (Would actually say Harris is the better ODI bowler)

Yeah exactly, I bet that's what they do anyways. There is also Adam Voges in the squad who should be picked too.
I reckon they've selected Tait because he was the best option from SA or WA (selectors opinion) I don't think anyone from the other 4 states were considered since they are in the middle of a domestic match.
If the squad really needed an extra person, I would have picked Dan Christian, this would have put heaps of pressure on James Hopes.

**** off and play some teams you can compete with Pakistan. Breathe, Heath. They are just so infuriating. I can't see how their supporters can stick with them when they play like this.
