Yeah, if 2 people have the same first choice nomination, the person that gets him is determined by dice roll, if you miss out you get your second choice. Or if somebody else misses out on their first choice and has the same second choice as you the process is repeated until eventually everyone has a player.
That's how I understand it anyway.

Would have no objections to Liam being able to make a pick. Would suggest my scenario was a little different though as I wasn't actually edited into Round1 until 1am my time.
