With so many people participating, I'm having a revolutionary idea. I'm thinking instead of one person having 24 hours to decide, we have four names every 24 hours. If someone in your four already has the player you want in that round, you can still choose them, and I'll roll a dice/RNG to decide who gets them? In which case, the unsuccessful person may choose again. Thoughts?

EDIT: Also, people will obviously fall away like in most drafts, in which case, towards the end, the players they chose will be released back into contention for selection.
