What can Ash do now that he has come in with 200 runs already on the board. This could be his last test innings in a while if he doesn't show some mettle and application.

I don't think bringing in Shahadat as the nightwatchman was a great move. It means that Mahmudullah is likely to bat at number 9 this innings!

Haha yeah, I bet if they asked Mahmudullah if he'd have liked to go in when Shahadat did he'd have jumped at the chance even if it meant having a tricky few overs to deal with.

If Bhajji and Ojha don't pick up wkts on a 4th day pitch then drop them for a long time and possible make them join an academy (if any) that teaches how to bowl in tests

I guess, Mishy + Chawla > Bhajji + Ojha in tests

leggies have a tendency to bowl badly but they do bowl wkt taking balls in b/w. Bhajji and Ojha rely more on the pitch so if there is nothing they look restrictive at best
