4got to mention u will see Kieron Pollard bowling a volleyball in this video

Btw - who is everyone predicting for tomorrow night's big basher between the Redbacks and the Vics? Vics are probably the best going around but I still rekon the Redbacks can do it at home in front of a packed crowd, esp. if Afridi has another big one.

Disappointing for NSW, happy for me that it's becoming more and more possible the someone else will win the Big Bash this time around and see some fresh faces in the CLT20.
To be fair NSW have a much weakened side from the CLT20. The only NSW player in the current side who bowled in the CL final was Steve Smith. Brett Lee, Stuart Clark, Doug Bollinger and Nathan Hauritz all injured or with the national team and Katich missing from the batting lineup too.

I'll actually be there. Got my smooth on and got out of work tomorrow night. Yesssss.
Very nice, see ya there! lol

Once again, Sorell & Vaughany have given their pre-match preview, this time from inside the players' rooms.

Pollard and Afridi can turn a match on their day. Both in the same team makes it twice as likely
Here's hoping!! :Jumpy:

with zac, sa to get done. Reckon their best chance is to chase a total rather than set one. Cleary to take some poles.

Yeah that is true, one of the finer points of supporting a side such as SA - it's going to be the same bunch of dudes who aren't going anywhere.

yeah but there's other reasons for that unrelated to higher representation. No-one from grade cricket is putting pressure on the side. Or, that is, no-one doing well in grade cricket is in with a shot of making the squad and pushing out even peripheral players, none of whom are dominating grade. Yet they retain their state contracts and the guys doing well stay put.... Basically, saca is saying that adelaide grade cricket isn't a good enough form guide for first class cricket. Sadly, they're probably right. Hence, the need for a side which is half blow-ins, half guys who did well years ago or have good youth records. Sa grade needs a serious shake up well before the current lot finish playing. In terms of winning silverware, about the worst thing that could happen to sa would be for klinger, manou or cosgrove to be called up for any aussie side.

You have to love the Redbacks approach to this 20/20 campaign. Fast becoming one of my favourite State sides. :)
