Honestly, MJ Clarke is starting to **** me by not kicking on, North's gone and afaic, if Haddin played that shot in the 1st dig under Border he'd be (rightfully) dead now.

Actually no, he would not have dreamt of playing it under AB. I'd like to see the batsmen similarly scared of Ponting when it comes to that sort of thing.

Dire.

When we lose this Test, let's please not hear from the hierarchy that we went down because we 'lost the big moments'.

This was the excuse for the loss of the Ashes.

The harsh reality then, as in this Test, is not that we lost the big moments. But rather we failed to dig in during a whole innings.

It did not come down to a defining 'moment', but rather a whole innings of slackness.
This.

And I never agree with HJ.

The Jewish News would go mad if that happened.
Yeah, they pretty much dedicate the back page to him whenever he does well or there's any significant news about him, so if he got a Baggy Green it'd cover the first 10 pages.

If Pakistan pull through tommorow then last test will be very interesting.

Nobody in Pakistan give this side an iota of a chance and anything more then a whitewash would be seen as a credible result. So with a test victory under the belt the team would play with gay abandon and all the pressure would be Aus to get a positive result.Either it would end with an easy vicory for Aus or Pakistan might just show their full flair and actually surprise Aus.

For once I would like to see this current Australian side play with some heart and actually tough out an innings without throwing their wicket away. Not taking away credit from Asif and Pakistan but ****ing hell, Australia have royally ****ed up this whole home summer.

Out of interest, how many Jewish test players have we had, I wonder?
