So it did, at The Oval during the Ashes. Can't say it was one of the things I remember from that Test match.

Prior really needs to bat well now with Onions at the crease with him. Could really do with getting the deficit down to around 20.

"Very similar to the delivery that got Jacques Kallis yesterday morning, except Kallis was good enough to edge it..." Hmm, interesting comment from Botham.

Kallis > Prior isn't really a controversial implication to be fair.

I agree, but is the fact that Kallis edged a similar delivery to the keeper whereas Prior just missed it, proof of that? I'm not really sure how edging a ball and getting out is proof of how good a player is.

Sounds like he's doing exactly what the batsman should do when stuck with the #11. Arguably his most important innings for us to date?

Ah I know you said you were coming over for a bit, when are you moving here? About time you lived in a proper country tbh

Well I'll definitely be visiting late next year if all goes to plan, could well stay permanently though if I can find work there.

So a deficit of 18 runs, Jimmy's first over shows the ball is swinging appreciably. As ever, early wickets is a must, could develop into a cracker here, momentum continues to shift from one side to the other.
