Brilliant bowling from Broad, he just needs to keep it up for a longish spell. When he pitches the ball up he's class, why doesn't he do it more often?

Probably bowling under orders. They think they need a Flintoff replacement to bang it in short of a length and he is the only option of the three to do that.

The more I see that ball, the more I like it. A beauty. Broad has been a gem at times this year.

England's attack are pulling their patented "suddenly turn world-class out of nowhere" routine.

Your probably right, if so the management should just shut the **** up, it's been seriously detrimental to his career so far. Just reading about that spell at the Oval, and Broad was saying he was aiming for the top of off-stump, which is about right.

And when Bell and Cook score runs, out batting line-up suddenly looks top class as well. Don't want to get carried away, but we're not far behind the pack, IMO

Going on results it's fair enough- can't rely on a last-wicket pair to bail you out at the end of every opening test though.
