Martin Crowe seemed to think he was 23 when they toured New Zealand, don't know where he got that info from though. No way he is less than 20. He was bowling like 145kph 2007, when he was supposedly 15.

Would make more sense. 151kph at 17 is out there. No way he is less than 20. He was bowling like 145kph 2007, when he was supposedly 15.
42 overs from Merv as well.41.4 overs by Wasim. That is really ridiculous.
Believe Lee and Shoaib were topping out around 145Km/h at that age. I know Tait was clocked at SACA training wheeling at 147Km/h when he was about to turn 18. Does seem unlikely he's 17, tbh, but not impossible.Would make more sense. 151kph at 17 is out there.
Yea, 23 is very reasonable and I would not be surprised.Martin Crowe seemed to think he was 23 when they toured New Zealand, don't know where he got that info from though.
Wasim bowled 41.4 of 108 and Hughes 42 of 138. Brilliant stamina from both though.42 overs from Merv as well.
Yeah. Puts paid to the idea you have to be slim to bowl lots (although, obviously, it helps a lot if you're light). Merv was fat but he was fit too, would bowl all day. Guys who are big but don't bowl big overs are just lazy.Wasim bowled 41.4 of 108 and Hughes 42 of 138. Brilliant stamina from both though.
How can anybody get their child's birth certificate so wrong by 6 years? I'm not disagreeing with you, but if he is 23, he looks a lot younger then 23!Yea, 23 is very reasonable and I would not be surprised.
Can do it behind closed doors but can't put it on the internet.Regardless , if the legal age is 17 then its 17.....
I thought so. When I saw it live I thought there was an inside edge.Pakistan refer.
