Q: Should there be a time limit on an appeal?

Should have until they deliver the next ball. If they want to give players the discretion and only give them two, give them some time to decide how to use it tactically.

Disagree. It doesn't take long for a replay to be shown on the big screen or in the dressing room. Should be a case of letting the captain have a word or two with the bowler and the keeper and going from there.

Tony Greig comes out with a gem (to Bill Lawry) - "I reckon you'd be unbelievable in the surf...what with that natural keel of yours"

The Cricinfo headline is ****ing me right off. 3 wickets isn't a collapse, and you can't "collapse" at the start of your innings either, because you haven't built a good position in the first place.

Don't mind if the captain refers based on the big screen. Means there'll be more correct decisions. And if people have a problem with it you just make sure the ground staff don't put it on the screen until after the next delivery.
