Noble One

International Vice-Captain
Crossy been running into form latey, but Smith in his best batting form of his career. Unless Smith gets injuried I can see him get a run. Also reckon Neville might be ahead, he is also in decent form as well.
Crossy might come into considering for the Twenty20? Was fantastic for Victoria in the format, could almost play as a batsman alone.

Adam Crosthwaite is probably a better cricketer than any other of the keepers up in NSW; however they have to do the right thing by the blokes who have done the hard yards up there.

brockley

International Captain
New South Wales squad David Warner, Phillip Hughes, Phillip Jaques, Usman Khawaja, Ben Rohrer, Moises Henriques (capt), Dwayne Smith, Daniel Smith (wk), Steven Smith, Simon Keen, Grant Lambert, Dominic Thornely, Stephen O'Keefe, Mitchell Starc, Aaron Bird, Josh Hazlewood.
Big squad for the kfc cup.
Anyone have an idea when brakken, cameron, lee, clark and ****ley will be fit.
See nannes back for victoria, heard damien wright playing club cricket but the vics won't pick him for some reason?

Sylvester

State Captain
They certainly like Keen in the T20s, I wonder if its to do with giving him experience or hes been called a T20 specialist.

Talk of Kemar Roach playing in the T20 for Queensland next season. Although quite rightly the WICB do have concerns over his workload, so if the WICB say yes and Roach is not injured, then he will play for the Bulls next season.

I don't really get why we QLD would want Roach. Surely a top class batsman would help our team more. We've got a stack of bowlers already finding it hard to get a game.

I'm pretty confident QLD will do well in the comp - We've got some power hitters in Carseldine, Reardon, Phillipson, Hopes, Symonds etc and our bowlers are pretty underrated.

His actually pretty close to a FC/List A call up with all the bowling injuries. Was a toss up between Lambert, Bird and himself for the last bowling spot.

He's not up for selection in the 4-day team. No change for two years now and no sign it's going to change.
Him not being selected for the SA 4-Day team is not really an issue, since ATM until he can stay fit for a season & replicate his 04/05 record breaking season (or come close to it) he shouldn't be near the test side.

But his ODI & T20 credentials still remains strong. He just needs to stay fit long enough there & get back to 2007 WC level.

See DCYE's reply. At this rate, he might lose his OD spot for SA.
