MIght as well....Lol, Benn has to be a bit careful here. Is it actually worth it?
It doesn't matter what Benn does, Broad will always come down harder on the West Indies than Australia.

I reckon it was just a case of Clarke putting his hand up as VC and volunteering to do it, and not an actual tactical team decision by the selectors/management. It really seems like the sort of thing Clarke would do.You may well be right, was more thinking it was a sign simply because they promoted Clarke ahead of the Huss, instead of just bumping everyone one up the order. "certain" probably wasn't the word I wanted to use
Chris Broad's statement about Benn, and not Haddin and Johnson, smacks of language that harks back on an era long-gone....Yes and I can't explain why he always comes down exceedingly hard on Australia's opposition but that is just the way he operates.
There is a very clear pattern emerging.
Chris Broad, the man behind September 11....MIght as well....

http://www.cricketweb.net/forum/2086592-post6.htmlAnyone think the Pakistanis have a decent chance against Aussie? The Pakistani bowling unit is a fair cut above this West Indian unit and should pose a few extra questions.
Also, I suspect these Australian wickets will suit the Pakistani batting line-up a lot more than the ones they've had in New Zealand.
Thoughts?
Aussies complaining about sledging? That's a new one....What's been going on with Benn? I heard them saying that the Aussies weren't happy because they thought the sledging from him in the second test was too 'personal', or something like that. He seemed to be acting like a right idiot in that match, but I don't remember him being like that against England.
Chris Broad and Australian Cricketers* tbhChris Broad, the man behind September 11....
Indeed, so pathetic.I don't get it, Nine have 75 channels, cant they keep the cricket on one of them?
If you get a lucky game where every thing falls in place i.e best bowlers and batsman click at the same time we might nick away a game but overall I think Aus looks good to atleast win 2 out of 3Anyone think the Pakistanis have a decent chance against Aussie? Benn was stood in the crease not letting the batsman get there to take guard! That's nothing to do with a bit of chat, that's just daft and pointless. I'm sure the fielders aren't meant to do that.Aussies complaining about sledging? That's a new one....
It didn't stop Haddin subjecting Benn to a barrage of sledging when Benn came to the wicket. So much for his so-called apology....
I wonder if Broad will view that behaviour from Haddin this morning in the same light as Benn this afternoon. I'm willing to bet he won't....
Stupid ruling by Broad....Lol yes, indeed.
Apparently, Benn will be banned and the other two fined. I don't really think 10% is enough for Johnson, and I think banning seems ott for Benn. From what I saw of it, it wasn't as ugly as Gambhir/Watson. Although I only saw the replay, not the live.
Finally, it will force the WI selectors to pick a sensible spinner for a change for the ODi series!Hahaha, Benn's ban should be good for the Windies, get in a bowler who isn't complete rubbish. Oooh he gets bounce. Good on him, bounce is ****off useless if he's taking 1/123 every innings.
He was indeed, with lots of verbals....Not watching but someone please tell me Haddin is right in Benn's ear when Haurie is bowling.
I hope he doesn't, because it's about time the WI selectors looked at another spinner!Ridiculous that Benn got banned. Way too extreme, hope he appeals and gets let off.
And guess who's the match referee! The one who started (Haddin) the thing gets a lighter penalty, and the one who reacted gets a ban. Definite double standards, and this is not the first time the that D term was associated with Broad.Ridiculous that Benn got banned. Way too extreme, hope he appeals and gets let off.
