Depends, given current numbers we have the option of keeping 5 teams and having no internationals during the dev league season, or we cut it to 4, have more internationals and bigger squads.
As Liam suggested a while back there is also the option of allowing one overseas based player per team but that is not ideal imo but it's something that should be looked at.

As much as playing for the Cricket Web XI is good (for the 11 that get to do so), i reckon this has always been more about the Dev League, and because of that i'd rather have more teams so more people get to play dev league. Keep the Internationals for the off-season if we don't have the numbers.

You can still have internationals during the season. Just ensure Dev League matches aren't played on those days.
