Group G IMO. The idea of Serbia or Ghana going out pales in comparison to Portugal or Ivory Coast (maybe even Brazil?

That draw's about as fair and balanced as Fox News - or Sky Australia's political coverage. Hopeless.

Probably not in ours though. Tough group that. We'll do well to progress. Generally we do OK against ex-Yugos though. Don't let anyone forget the Serbs had a lot to do with starting WW1. And of course, Germany invaded Poland. Back us, I say.
Will be good to see Ghana in the African Cup of Nations - will give us a fait idea where they, and we stand - and hopefully Essien wil lose a leg then.

They never beat us 5-0 in an Ashes series though aswell as 16 years of continual hammerings from 89 to 05 lets not even mention Rugby League so Aussie crimes are far worse.

Looked pretty ordinary versus Egypt in the play-off, tbh. Will be parking the bus if that game was anything to go by.
Oz up against it, too. Probably the weakest team in their group.

Group D is the most competitive group, I can see any of the 4 teams progressing.
No one can say the host nation rigged the draw, getting Mexico and France, this group would have been the GoD if any of the pot 1 teams had been there!
I think NZ should be reasonably happy with there group, I think they'll get there first ever world cup point.
