I don't know but no matter what we'll find a way. A run out of all things when we were looking relatively comfortable *sigh*, and now another slightly bizarre dismissal.

Whats the minimum here guys? 400 isn't going to happen but can we still hope for 350? Anything less than 280 and Pakistan would back themselves. 280-340 and I'd say its a coin flip.

And letting teams off the hook when we have them on the ropes when in the field. I was thinking back to the Australian tour back in 2000 and the Test in Hamilton, when we had Australia at 5/29 in their first innings, and still lost :mellow: I know Gilchrist is a legend and all, but you shouldn't let the Test get away from you. No way should Saqlain Mushtaq or Jerome Taylor ever get a Test century as well.

Elliott will scratch around like a ****ing old chook for 18 off 50 before edging one.
McCullum will come out in a desperate attempt to up the run rate and sky one on his 11th ball
Vettori is left to mop up the pieces with the tail.

NZ all out for 180.

Pakistan chase down the target with relative ease after Bond looks tired and Vettori once again ****s himself when needed to bowl NZ to a win in the fourth innings.


That's how it will happen from here.

NZ get another 100 runs..they'll be safe. don't see Pakistan chasing down 300 runs.

Good to see so much optimism amongst NZ fans....Vettori and McCullum still to bat. They'll surely score 100 runs and chasing 300 runs for win in tests is not easy.
