Haa, well at least Carrick "could" gotten something forward for Rooney, Defoe & Bent to work with - instead of Wazza having to come back in mid-field looking for the ball. With Barry being the shield & Jenas being the **** he is, can't expect much quality output from that mid-field.

We're so screwed at right-back it's unreal. Johnson goes down and the cupboard is bare.

Indeed. Brown i reckoned would be a shoe in as back-up RB for Johnson. But if Hargreaves comes back strong he reamins a strong option to play at RB as well.

No real positives from this game really. I guess Foster continues to look solid for ENG, definately one of the 3 keepers that should be picked - although i'm willing to stick with Green being # 1 now.

SWP has played himelf out of contention for me, while Milner certainly has furthered his claims. Although once fit i'm fairly sure the wingers Capello will pick will be Theo, Lennon, J Cole & Becks.

Also hopefully Capello never calls up Jenas again, rass..

Fairness for Foster, was trying to block the ball rather than take the man out. Wouldn't have argued at a red though. Reckon should've been a Red for Brown for even thinking that was a good idea. Loved the way as soon as it left his chest he looked left.... Helps if you'd ****ing checked first.

Having watched brown for 13 years or so, this is one of his finer performances. Bag of ****

Mann all this right-back issue could been so easier if A Cole was versatile like Zambrotta or Lahm & had a right foot. Thus Bridge could have played LB & things would be perfect.
