Its a pretty solid team yet none of your batsmen averaging 40+ and none of your bowler has an average below 25Seeing as everybody is doing it I'd best post my players with averages and strike rates. I was trying to hide it...

WAG. Seriously, WAG.S. Watson - 2020 runs @ 40.40, s/r 82.11 & 89 wickets @ 29.75, e/r 4.78
I'd rather have Malcolm Marshall running in for me any day over Brett Lee and his average is way better. Its a pretty solid team yet none of your batsmen averaging 40+ and none of your bowler has an average below 25
I would have agreed if it was test match cricket dude!I'd rather have Malcolm Marshall running in for me any day over Brett Lee and his average is way better.
I did say that it was a pretty solid team and YES averages [ performance ] does count a lot...Averages aren't everything.
Me too, but I don't really like Symonds. Plus Bevo averages probably 20ish more than Symo.I prefer Bevan over Symonds - anyday!
To clarify, I think Lee is a very good ODI bowler. I just prefer Marshall in any game.I would have agreed if it was test match cricket dude!
2 groups of seven sounds good. Ensures that no team gets knocked out after waiting so long for the draft to finish.Would be willing to run the sim. League format? Everybody plays everyone else once? 2 groups of 7 with the top 2 of each advancing to semi finals? What works best?
