Nice bowling line up. The batting strikes me as not being the most aggressive lot though.

And Tendulkar?
I won't include Tendulkar, don't think it's fair for me to have 2 players in the first 15 picks.

Actually I've been mucking around with an XI and the one issue I had was opener, SRT would have been ideal!

Reckon two first round picks and 6 basically 12th round picks is a pretty fair deal.

Team name has to be Cast Aways

If you insist. Sachin makes my team as good as some of the other teams, just as long as the last few people don't select players I'm banking on.

As Nnanden said before, the batsmen are not going to be chasing huge scores if the bowlers do their job well. Dont really need aggressive players to chase scores around 200. The bowlers can also hopefully defend totals in the range of 200-250.

Pretty chuffed with the depth in batting, seam & spin, if I do say so myself. Three (or four if one counts Symonds) credible spin options and five decent seam alternatives.

Abdul Qadir - couldn't really run without a recognised front line spinner. Little disappointing as I did have somebody else lined up but had to opt for balance really.

2) Boeta Dippenaar - 3421 runs @ 42.23 (s/r 67.78); 0 wickets @ infinty (e/r 0.50)
3) Greg Chappell - 2331 runs @ 40.18 (s/r 75.70); 72 wickets @ 29.12 (e/r 4.04)
4) Michael Clarke - 4945 runs @ 42.62 (s/r 77.64); 52 wickets @ 35.09 (e/r 5.07)
5) Rahul Dravid - 10765 runs @ 39.43 (s/r 71.17); 84 wicket keeper dismissals.

Symonds as a medium pacer >>> Symonds as an attempted off spinner :p
In my book anyways.
