Do all points from the group stages carry through, or only those acquired by playing the other team in your group that actually qualifies?

Before any matches are played during the League Stage, the League Stage Points Table shall carry forward the result of the match played between the two teams that progressed to that League from the same Group. The points, the applicable Net Run Rate and the applicable wickets per balls bowled, from that match only, shall be recorded in the League Points Table. The League Stage Points Table will combine the results from the League Stage matches and the one result carried forward from the Group Stage.

The Team with the highest number of points at the end of the League Stage shall be at the top of the table and the Team with the lowest shall be at the bottom.

This was a strange match....
Were Victoria just content to pass 83? Were they trying to win this? Or were they content just to advance to the next round?

I didn't see most of the Victoria innings, but given the Aussie temperament, and judging from Cam White's comments, they were trying to win this, but could only manage to creep past 100.

Does that mean that on this Delhi pitch, any target that is in three figures is defendable?

Thye weren't particularly trying to win, especially as they lost wickets. Why would they? 82 is same as winning in every way for them, in terms of advancements, points, etc.

Doesn't it affect the points you carry forward? Or the NRR? Or is that only measured against the other team advancing, which is Delhi?

Good solid start this by Eagles.

Sussex doesnt look that threatening at all. Who played the handy role for them in the domestic t20???
