Pretty good squad, have played with or against most of those guys, good to see Oakley in there and over his injuries he's pretty quick.

I'd love to get to one, but it's almost impossible. I'd really enjoy to go, but with my dad being a dweeb and myself not being able to actually get there, it's highly unlikely.

Obviously I wouldn't bother with a Twenty20, doubt I'd be at a One Dayer, but my dad reckons a day at a FC game would be "boring". 8-)
Bull****. If a limited overs game was played at the stadium in Coffs you'd be there in all your supporters gear and mini bats trying to get Dom Thornely's autograph all day.

Sam Coates is from Melbourne, pretty good keeper and got some runs last year in first grade, but probably for the first time in his career.

Yes. Come to think of it, I absolutely would. Not the part getting autographs, especially from Dominic Thornely. TBH, if there was a Twenty20 on, I'd probably go, for the bare fact that I don't get to see any live cricket, of domestic or international level. If I could go to Sydney regularly to catch up on FC and OD games, and a Twenty20 came to Coffs, I'd ignore it.

Comets have collapsed in a heap after being 0/49 they are now 3/50. Tom Thorton still win with Higgs just coming to the crease.

My mate plays for Wests third division and last year he mentioned this bowler he thinks has the potential to play for QLD, 95% sure he said his name is Cam Gannon.

I'm starting to get pumped for the domestic season.

I notice that Ferguson has been left out of the SA squad for the match against Tas on Tuesday. Just finished reading Geeves blog - he's starting his own bat company with Dane Anderson called Venom Cricket, good work.

Any takers on the QLD lineup? I would go for:
1 Ryan Broad
2 Nick Kruger
3 Nathan Reardon
4 Lee Carseldine
5 Glen Batticiotto
6 Chris Hartley
7 Chris Simpson
8 Chris Swan
9 Ben Laughlin
10 Ryan Harris
11 Alister McDermott

So difficult though, I really like Reardon, think it's his time for him to get a game.

There was an article on CI that suggested Reardon wouldn't be playing.

"During their first four-day game, which starts at the WACA on Tuesday, the top six is expected to read Ryan Broad, Nick Kruger, Greg Moller, Lee Carseldine, Glen Batticciotto and Chris Hartley. There is not much fear for interstate bowlers there and it is something Barsby acknowledges."

Moller played under 23's this week and only scored 5 and 15. I wonder if thats hurt his chances.
