Just want to know what people think of David Gallop as NRL CEO - would you think he is doing a good job or would you move him on?

Not a fan however I wouldn't replace him unless someone like Michael Searle or Todd Greenberg will step into the role, i think its important for the game that the next CEO comes from within the ranks and is a passionate League man and not just a lawyer or something like Gallop.

Ideally we need somebody who can generate more money into the game via TV deals etc (the next AFL TV rights deal could reach over $1b FFS), more people to games, (I mean we had 34,000 between Parramatta and West Tigers, why can't that happen more often?), growing the game in other parts of the country and poach juniors from other sports if they have the skills/attributes to make it (AFL for example has poached basketballers), and stop players from acting like ****wits.

So in other words, a miracle worker.

No way will Tuqiri sign for 150k and no way will he play on the wing, honestly think he'd be a centre in league now, give him a bit of room to move around.

Si, my mail is the offer will be NO MORE then $200k and is likely to be around 150...

If he does come, he wont play on the wing, i think he'll either be fullback or centre...

I only thought it was the Broncs who were silly enough to pay overs for a winger...and leave him on the wing.

Centre is ideal for him, when Gallant comes back I think Tigers would have a very good backline if they can snare Tuqiri. If they had a line up of
1 Gallant 2 Tuiaki 3 Tuqiri 4 Lawrence 5 Ryan 6 Marshall 7 Moltzen 14 Ayshford they'd be in a pretty good position. As always with the Tigers they will need their forwards to aim up as a unit instead of playing as individuals.

Again I think Folau is a long term purchase, play him on the wing for a year or two, eventually move to the centres for a few years and then once he has grown into his body, lost a bit of speed move him to the back row.

That is a pretty backline for the Tigers!
Yeah, looks good dunnit?

These two sides have swapped jersyes at half time. Ridiculous. Cowboys are kidding themselves. Exceeding even the Warriors for biggest disappointments this year, surely.

I think Ayshford would be so unlucky to not get a starting spot in a full strength side, he's been excellent.

Tigers should get the best prop on the market and then I think they are set.

Woulda said Tuqiri is a lock for French union, myself. As he's Fijian born and presumably qualifies for a passport he wouldn't even count as overseas.

Great to be back in the winners circle again. Next week's game is going to be an absolute cracker. Really bummed I wont make it. Should have been on a Sunday arvo

Ayshford is pretty versatile, has played Lock, Centre and winger alread this year, I know hes played Five-Eighth at other levels so i think as a bench player he could play hooker at a stretch too. Perfect bench player for him.

Also arent they chasing another of the English mob?
