Nah. Was guaranteed once Ausage made the avatar bet.
Broncos are back. Pissed the Raiders beat the Dragons though, would have preferred us to be the team to beat them. Would love to make it 2 losses in a row heading into the finals though.

WTF has happened to our defense? I don't care how well a team is playing 40 points in a half just does not happen if a team gives a ****. Our consistency and will to stay in a contest was the one thing I was particularly pleased with this year, and was the reason I was confident going into this contest. Absolutely devo about the manner of this result.
This season is starting to play out the same as last year. As I said earlier in the thread, 2 more years for Matt Elliott may have been a premature descision for mine.

Should have made a bet that it stays for the same amount of weeks as points that the opposition scored.
Felt great to be on the right side of a flogging and felt even better to be there. Love to think what the score would have been with a fully fit Hodges and Falou.

What an awesome win yesterday arvo! So glad I went.
Besides the win the best thing about the day was getting this dude kicked out.
He stood in the aisle starring in our direction for about 30 seconds and said Panthers are fags to my mate in a Panthers jersey.
Later on we contacted the sunsecure number that they put on the big screen and sent a text "section 325, row 4 seat 58, bloke in qld jersey is using obscene language and is intoxicated, send it up to the video ref"
Within 5 minutes he was getting kicked out and my panther mate received a text thanking him.

Good win for the Knights, everything pointed towards a victory for them and glad I took the odds on offer. First good betting day I've had in ages, although I did back Zeb Taia for last try @ $34 so that video ref cost me $340, I don't care if he was right he still should have given it.

Reasonable week of tipping, with several people nailing 7, including Luffy who knocks NUFAN out of the top 2 for the first time in a while, and Simon who arrested his late season form slump. A 2 point gap from 5th back to 6th now means it'll take some special (i.e. perfect rounds) for those outside the top 5 to win.
