Been watching something else today, I have to say. You know about as much about Chris Wood as I do, really hasn't surfaced much other then these two performances. I still fancy someone putting a score in early at one under or par and winning this. Ernie, Miguel or Justin perhaps.

yeah fisher is in a huge mess...would do well to get out of the 5th with a triple bogey...ernie and justin are at even par...miguel is further back at 2 over...

Well just after I posted that. Leonard & Jimenez make six and Els made a 5:shy:

Shows I'm not following it as I normally do.

Can't believe Westwood three-putted the last, what looked like a glorious day for English sport has turned to mush:sadwalk:

yeah he gave himself a great chance to par the hole after a clutch shot from the fairway bunker but was just too aggressive on his 1st putt...this was a bigger miss for him than the '08 u.s open...after looking the most solid player all day, he bogeyed 3 of his last 4...

Well only one winner now, Watsons nerves have done well to last this long, can't see it any more.

Cink certainly not the worst player to win a major, but not exactly a big name (again).

Oh and ****ing Peter Aliss annoying me again. Why was that good fortune for Cink, because he's not dear old Tom, I guess. He played a much better recovery shot and hit in a good putt.

Commentators go with whoever is the most popular, personally though I would like to see Watson win.

So would I, no excuse for biased commentary though, and Aliss has been guilty of it about 567,323 times in his career. He's a ****ing buffoon, in my honest opinion:)

yeah cink has been close a few times in majors, good to see him getting one at last...just like i didn't want norman to win last year, i didn't want to see watson win this year...it is their greatness that got them so close but in my opinion, it reflects poorly on the current generation when they win...

It's all very odd really, can't work out if it's: a freakish occurence; or the technology aids the older guys; the competitive nature of the senior tours; the younger generation being so cowed by the Tiger that they don't have the bottle to seize the day or what really.

Certainly can't remember a 59 year old being even remotely close to winning a major before:unsure:
