*Official* First Test at Swalec Stadium, Cardiff

International Coach
Hughes facing first. Interesting.
I was watching an interview of Hughesy today, and during that he mentioned that he has come to an agreement with Katich, that he would face the first ball of the innings in every test, as long as Katich keeps filling in for him as short-leg fielder.

Norwood's on Fire
So when can we expect Stuart Broad to stop being "potential" with the ball and actually getting his numbers down?
His numbers have fallen by about ten in 09, so...

Sounds a bit grim from him so far mind you.

Brilliant from the tail though. Bowlers have plenty of runs to play with, hope they make it count...

Oh well, looks like the English will have to learn the hard way not to put it short and outside Hughe's off-stump. Not that the teams who played against Steve Waugh ever did either so I don't have much faith....

Did Harmison bounce Hughes out? Can't say they've mentioned it before now......

Another crap ball from Broad. Get round the wicket or get Freddie on.

Anderson is bowling well to Hughes. Pitching it up, getting some swing, the perfect line for the swing as well. Broad on the other hand, well from Hughes fan point of view, he's going great.
