We had a problem around mid-day EST time which is now resolved, and the backups kick in at 1pm which take 15 minutes.

Should be all back to normal now.

Yeah, working fine ATM.

Apologies for the downtime just now, in peak Ashes period.

There was a direct attack on the data-center we're with, which is completely out of our control. The FBI are involved now and are invesigating from what I've been told.

I had big problems for about a 5-10 minute period today on 2 occasions, nothing major though. The site took ages to load a thread once and timed out once.

Would probably have been the backup, it runs at 1pm EST daily.

Thursday afternoon EST it is expected that there will be a few delays every now and then because it's when the full server backup is taking place. Different to other days when only a partial backup is done.

Very slow loading around lunchtimes most days here. Just got timed out in fact before posting. Doesn't seem to happen at other times of the day.
