Ha, jesus. 90mph bouncer from Lee and Denly has all the time in the world to pull it for 4.

Flat as a witch's tit this. Whatever life it had has gone; Punter's insertion looking duffer by the minute, tbh.

Monty takes 3. Here have the Ashes, can't beat Australia with 10 players and a donkey.

So ****ing predictable the way he boosts his figures against complete ****e. Lee, Johnson, Hauritz and a few others will be too good for him I reckon.

Interesting that Lee hasn't bowled a no-ball yet. Must be trying his guts out. Nothing new, of course. Not watching this, how's he bowling?

Anyone have any idea how Waqar Younis would have went on this pitch?
Yeah, where are those ****ing mints, Cooley seems to have forgotten to tell the Aussie boys about the key ingredient required to produce reverse swing....

So despite the flat pitch we would have had a couple of wickets if not for an incorrect decision and a drop? Doesn't sound like the end of the world to me, even at 0/90.

The same old stuff from Binga, either bowling too full or too short, he is bowling at decent pace, but sadly for him, on this wicket, that extra pace only seems to be helping the batsmen play their shots with ease.

Should just be persisting with a consistent line on the good length, but I guess he still sees himself as a tearaway fast bowler...

Pretty bad sign really, if they can't make early inroads against a 2nd XI bowling attack, how are they gonna do it against the real deal. It's not like the conditions will be any different to Cardiff, it'll be the same slow dry piece of dirt. Real concerns here, can't just keep glossing over them.

Lee's Plan A is to bowl faster. Plan B is to go back to Plan A. That's why he's not a particularly good bowler and I hope he plays against England.

Still at least Lee can friggin bat and field to a competent standard.

Yeah but he's only going for just over 2/over?

And Johnson, how's he bowling?
