You don't think the Raiders could be belted around this way if the media wanted to? How about them continuing to employ Todd Carney after he had his second drink driving incident (let alone sacking his accomplice)? Or maybe that they're currently employing Dane Tilse, a guy who by all accounts is lucky not to have a serious ***ual assault charge up against his name? Who knows what other deeds lay in the past of Raiders employees, just waiting to be dredged up by an enthusiastic team of journalists.

Not picking on the Raiders here (I personally have no problem with their actions as a club), and clearly there has been some problems with the Sharks management of these issues, but I doubt there's many clubs that don't have these skeletons in their closet. Just seems strange that the Sharks are being vilified as a one of a kind mess when off field issues have plagued pretty much every club at some point.

What's clear is that if there is an agenda to get rid of an Sydney club, they're not interested in the Bulldogs (sorry Burgey). Reckon that club would have enough bones in the wardrobe to send a graveyard green with envy.
Whilst I see your point, I still reckon it's bull**** this "scam".

I mean, this could have happened to any club. The media are making up a big fuss about it because it's all happening at once.

When you say that crap about the Raiders, they did get criticised at the time, but there wasn't such a beat up about it, cause bluntly, no one gives a **** about the Raiders.

Haha Warriors haven't been great this season, but they've named a pretty decent line up, giving a lot of blokes opportunity, so hopefully they'll come right in the 2nd half of the season 8-)

**** I'm awesome
You and me fighting for the spoon mate.

If I gas it up bad, do I get the first draft pick for next season? Oops, wrong code

Interesting on the radio this morning re the swine flu thing. It was mentioned how Hannant went to Melbourne and got the swine flu, and the NRL has reacted strongly in accordance with the advice of the health authorities. The AFL though has however many Clubs in Melbourne, yet there are no reports whatsoever of a single player having the illness.

Yeah, but league players are less hygenic - put their mouths directly on public taps etc.

Tigers more a chance to get the spoon than the Eels imho. Eels have at least show a bit of heart most weeks.

I can't see the Tigers getting the spoon. Marshall and Farrah will win them enough games alone to make sure of that. Bottom 4 is a real possibility though.

I don't think either team will the spoon tbh, but won't be at all surprised to see the Eels finish above Wests, and I expect both to be in the bottom 4.

Feel dirty picking the Dogs but I think Broncos will miss Stagg, Hannant, Ennis and Eastwood in this game.

Also tipping a bit of an upset with the Roosters being too strong for the high flying Titans.
