b) They don't need to actually send anyone out there or anything; they could just take Sky's coverage.
c) Australia are playing.
d) They're currently showing old Superbikes replays on one of their sports channels.

You pay for Sky Sports, but thats it.

There is no extra subscription for these games if thats what you was asking.
