You know I reckon Coppell might fancy Tranmere - if he goes he'll have my good wishes and those of most other Reading fans too - he can be a bit conservative but he's done a tremendous job

Would fancy Owen Coyle for the job myself

Looks like Juande Ramos should never have left Sevilla. Goes to T*ttenham and gets the arse and now he takes over a temp manager at Real Madrid and gets done 6-2 by Barca and 3-0 by Valencia.

The Citeh fans i know are really up for it. Not because they think they're going to win, but because beating United is all there's left to do before moving on to next season.

Personally i'm quite worried. They always take points off us when we really need them.

Citeh could still qualify for Europe so it's a massive game for them.

Not really, haven't forgiven them for beating us 3-1 at home to lose our 30-odd match home unbeaten run, the last time we got promoted to the third division.

More worried about where our manager is going.

Tis is crap, btw, I'd suggest that no-one takes him off our hands, to be fair.....
Yeah would be a little worried about them stealing our manager although chances are pretty slim but they have taken most of the best things to come out of our club in recent years, still we would not have gone up without the loan players we got from them.

They need Everton to win the cup to have any chance, i believe.
Nah, as the Toffees have got the Chavs in the final who're already in the CL, provided they don't finish below 7th (which might already be impossible), then 7th will get a Wafer/Euro League/whatever-the-**** spot.

I see. Well Citeh actually try in that competition if i'm not mistaken. The Redknapp "Europe is a distraction from trying to qualify for Europe next season" line doesn't wash with them.

Nah it's huge for us, with 7th now basically assured of Europa and Fulham beating a ****ing useless Villa, we need 3 (or at least the 1) to stay within reach. The fact that we need to win it, and have only won twice away from home all season, means there's absolutely no chance we will actually win.

Who are your team Pothas?

Not too worried about today's game. Even a point is great for us, means all we have to do is win two games (Wigan and Hull) to take the title. At the same time, would be great to get one over those city ****s and have the chance of winning the title against Aresnal.

He's Brentford.

Ahh well I suppose it's part of having a successful team in the lower leagues, your always afraid your players and management are going to get poached.

It's not nice, but it's better then the alternative....

Yeah, true. It's frustrating when you have a good season but don't quite do the business though m(ie us). Now players like Kay, Jennings, Barnett have made a name for themselves and I fear we may do our usual thing of having a relegation battle the season after just missing out on play-offs/promotion

Different level enitrely, but it's the principal for The Arsenal just now. Consistently putting on creditable showings (semis for CL & FA Cup; top 4 finish) without ever quite pulling off one of the big ones. It puts our chaps in the shop window, as it were and a few of them might now wonder if they're going to have a better chance of actual silverware elsewhere now.

Be surprised if all of Adebayor, RvP & Cesc are lining up for us next year. Goes without saying I hope it's the former who's off.

Cesc on current form wouldn't get into the Barca side and Real seem pre-occupied with Ronaldo and Kaka for this summer. He'll be at Arsneal next season. Hopefully Adebayor isn't.

The squad really is crying out for some powerful defensive players though. I'm just hoping Arsene uses the transfer kitty and Adebayor money to bring in the players actually needed for a change.

Oh and **** Ronaldo.
