Time to see if Pierce can live up to his self proclaimed title of "most clutch mofo in the world" now. They're going to need him(tbf he has been ridiculously good these past two years)

Not sure who said they could but it opens the door for a lot of teams to have a crack at getting to the East finals.

i am just saying kg is the key for them and without him even the magic could potentially beat them...what are the other teams this opens the door for?

They weren't winning the East with a half baked KG being rushed back in ayway. Think the Bulls can give them a game without their defensive stopper inside but I think Pierce and Allen are still too clutch for what the Bulls can throw at them(as much as I love Rose with Gordon and Salmons on the wing). You never know though with the way the Bulls are rolling recently but the way they laid an egg in their last must win game isn't convincing.

They'll really hurt against Orlando as Dwight will own the paint on both ends and without Garnett's inside presensce they can't space the floor for Rondo to penetrate or for their shooters to get the distance they need. Will be relying on a lot of iso plays to beat Orlando and ven if they do that it won't work against Cleveland with the way they're playing.

the celtics barely clinging on so far, the first game going into overtime...great performance from derrick rose, ties the all-time high for a playoff rookie and it's not over yet....

rose fouls out with 36 pts so there won't be a new scoring record for a playoff rookie...however his team wins by 2 in a thriller so i don't think he will be too disappointed...:)

Hope you're dead wrong about Bulls being swept, but you might not be too far off the mark..
Take that ****!!!

His 'deer in the headlights' look when he was told in the post-game interview that he tied the record with KAJ was priceless.

What a game. Love such a physical defensive game. When Pierce missed that free throw in regulation I had a feeling the gods of basketball were smiling on the Bulls. Its nice to see D-Rose raising his game for the big occasion, now if only the other Bulls will do the same. Noah was very good on the boards as well, as much as I wanted to bitch slap him for that foul at the end of regulation. Have to give Doc Rivers props for that beautiful play to foul out Rose, and how good was Rondo? Had his first turnover of the game in OT! Not to mention that shot over Noah was ridiculous.

I still doubt that the Bulls and Rose will be able to keep this up and actually win the series, but beating Celtics at home in a playoff game is a great start!

Oh man, how good is JJ Barea playing Parker today?

Bulls game was sick today and this Mavs one is just as good. Can't wait for Rockets-Blazers later.

they really missed kg's intensity on both ends and i believe he would have made the difference for them had he been fit and played today...it's not over yet and they still have the personnel to beat the bulls(though pierce and allen need to play much, much better than what they did tonight), just made it harder for themselves...

No doubt about it, Bulls wouldn't have been a match for the Celts if KG was fit and playing.

Yaozilla brought carnage today. 24 minutes 24 points on 9/9 shooting and 6/6 from the line.

WAG! Much love to the big fella. So rooting for them and Denver to get that first round monkey off their backs.

yeah portland was crushed that too on their court...based on this performance i'd say the rockets will win this series convincingly...
