Neither of the chasing sides is quite out of it, but they can't afford to lose more wickets. 57 off 10 and 42 off 6 are hard enough for established batsmen.

Namibia still crawling along, need 160 off four overs.

What are the long-term prospects for Canada? They're a bit behind in terms of quality at the moment, but the limiting factors on the success of other teams doesn't seem to apply to them. Their players aren't all imports and they don't have a neighbour to poach any player who actually gets good, their national sport is exclusively a winter affair and the weather during the summer is pretty perfect for cricket.

I used to think the distances between venues would be a big problem for Canadian cricket, but as it all seems to be centred on Toronto, maybe that's not such an issue. They could use this tournament as a springboard to greater things, trouble is their best players are approaching the veteran stage.

UAE and Oman still fighting hard. UAE 30 off last three overs, despite plenty of dot balls.

Yeah, the danger for UAE is being bowled out, the run rate isn't a problem.

Big win for Canada will help their net run rate, could have been even better though.

Wow, UAE. Good stuff. Great effort from Oman as well.

So Canada and Ireland cruising. Kenya hitting good form also.

From what I can work out he'll probably play 2 more games before he goes back.
