Hard not to have Oram in there if he is fit to bat and bowl.

If Oram is fit to bowl, he surely makes it ahead of Hussey in T20.
Albie would be ahead of Murali and Oram. Murali past it and Albie slightly more effective with the bat in this format. Though with Hussey missing most of the tournment they might both play.
Ah yeah, forgot about Albie.
Hussey is awesome value in T20s, he scored an ultra fast 100, enabling CSK to post a 240 total!
