Is this the upgrade where you can give users yellow & red cards for "infractions" as well?

EDIT: And the one where the URLs are all given relevant names for better search engine indexing by the looks! Quite a few new features, but no avatar captions yet ;)

We had that in our last version too, but decided against implementing it. We think that sort of system would cause more problems than it would solve.

That's right, it's an added extra you can purchase called vbseo.

That isn't on the agenda right now.

Don't disagree with that. Things are rarely as cut and dried as the infractions system seems to need. Shades of grey are all that I find.

James, there's an input box labelled 'trackbacks' on the post reply screen. I've seen that term mentioned on blogs, but never bothered to find out what they were. What is their function here?

Thanks, James. BTW, wouldn't the public messaging system be a headache to moderate, especially if things got heated up between two posters?
No worries.

There's a Report feature in there, which can be used the same way as the Report Post feature.

Ah, thank you.
You have been had there young lad.

AA was bit of a cult on here in 2002 when he somehow made a Test century against England to which some Indian supporter on this site at the time, started posting on how 'great' he was at the time and therefore the Society was created, even though barely anybody actually rated him. It is a reference to the earlier days on this site, for one that I am sad enough to still remember

Haha, well it's certainly been 2-and-a-bit weeks, and all problems not 100% sorted yet.

BTW, Sanz's latest offerings about myself are ill-informed nonsense as per pretty well always, just FTR.

Was wondering why CW was experiencing so less hangups these days...
