Not sure who you're talking about- it could be a current player, or it could be a certain one-day specialist. Nevertheless, a) not-outs don't inflate averages and b) it's none of them

Well, that's fine...But I won't prefer the number to be increased beyond 14...In fact 14 is a bit too many; it means after 4th round or so the quality of players will go down a bit and after the 7th or 8th round we'll get mediocre players, at best...
