So... you understand that they were using sarcasm now instead of rolling your eyes at our indication that you had missed it?
No it wasn't sarcasm mate no matter what you think or voltmen.

Something which you appear to have plenty of experience in.
Hardly mate I don't need to talk out of my ass I have a mouth that works perfectly fine.

Martin, if you can't hit it with your bat, put your body in the way! :p

Not that I'd do it...

Well, thats it. We're left with a batting mess again. Bowlers are guns though.

Caught up in the excitement of the match Richardson said it about Gillespie's french cuts in our massive chase against Australia. He commented a lot about how Gillespie seemed to score so many runs through the edge and continued to play with the idea of how excellent Gillespie was at scoring runs by accident. Were you even listening?

The way some people were talking about Peter Fulton as if he was the second coming of God, and he is supposed to be great, how?

As for that McCullum six over point and the guy that caught, great shot and romdom old man >>>>> Flynn's catching

I remember those French cuts, it wasn't sarcasm but more just they thought it was extremely funny. It was a huge run chase and mark Gillepses French cuts were just funny because Australia had the game at that point but Gillespie, of all people, french cut NZ back into the game.

Not forgetting his favourite shot for the World Twenty20 in the player profiles before each player batted - "the french cut". I think Jondavluc has missed the humour in the commentary.

Nice disrespect from Greig, as usual. McCullum keeps out a rapid yorker from Lee and Greig says "bowl it there again, he's bound to miss one".

(y) Mitch finishing it off. Shame he couldn't do that in the first innings of the series, was MOTS imo.

As predicted though, the NZ batsmen unfortunately weren't really up to the task as a unit, and were the main reason this match was basically a non-contest. Decent bowling lineup though, hopefully with more experience the likes of Ryder & Taylor will form a solid middle order though.

You'd think that someone would tell him to at least take guard on off stump and try and deflect the ball down to fine leg. The good bowlers realise that bowling at the stumps is the best way to dismiss him so taking a guard further across the stumps would be a better way to approach things IMO.

Yeah replace him with James Marshall and put McCullum at five.

Look, Fulton is a good player, and far better in FC cricket than the rest of them and is better at ODIs than Flynn or Styris. He's out of nick but he's far more likely to come good long term than...others.

Aus radio commentators (whom I respect unlike the TV bunch) reckon our openers are too **** (which is obvious) and Ryder is not a test 3, but a test 6 or nothing (which may be a painful truth, I'd rather Ryder at 4-6).

Think it was sarcasm in regards to say how he was hitting 'good' french cuts.

I find it funny that to support an argument that the NZ commentators are biased, the example of that Gillespie innings was used. How about the things they said about Hayden's innings earlier in that same game?
