sometimes i think batting records at adelaide should be null and void, kind of like playing against bangladesh or zimbabwe

have you seen the averages of the current australian batsmen at this ground, funny how they all come out on the cricket show 'i love playing at adelaide'

bowlers would be breaking into a sweat on the team bus

AWTA. If anybody else did the amount of trolling and baiting of the English cricket tean, they would probably cop a ban :dry:

As for the Vettori-Haddin bat pad thing, why didn't Ryder throw the stumps down as Haddin was out of his crease and probably got a run out. Poor cricket from Ryder (I once saw an ODI where Symonds took a catch and still whipped the balls off in case it was no-ball and he never heard the call) IMO.

i missed that, what a tool.

i remember years ago gatting at short leg shaping to throw down the stumps when slats was out of his crease then not releasing the ball, then thought 'oops'

not a bad catch by the big fella.

i have to disagree that nz are playing ****e, they are just a little outclassed, tough gig out there as well, i would like to see southee use the bouncer a bit more.

Tired. Generally happens to bowling attacks on roads. No excuses as NZ's bowling hasn't been all that great, but it's been solid and they're definitely tiring.
