And no, at senior level, if your bowling slow meds that swing they're picked up easily due to the amount of time the batsman has to see it. Judging by this kids username hes only about 14 so pace isn't something kids that age can produce, but swing is.

It probably sounds glib but just practice. Try bowling it in the nets on your own first, just keep trying until you get it.Any tips on the leg cutter..
