Interesting that Mr Koertzen seems to have climbed to Hero status with one (very good) decision.. I seem to remember him getting slated on here majorly on repeated occasions.. I guess thats just how things go with umpiring

It just seems like an unnecessary attention seeking quirk to me.

I guarantee you that 99% of the time he's made his decision well before his arm starts to come up. He just wants to draw some extra television time and attention.

I think its time for Southee to have a go. New Zealand has no choice but to attack. I can't see them chasing down 250+, so they really need to get 2-3 more wickets before stumps.

I wouldn't substitute Watson for Warne for the rest of the game given the state of it currently and the pitch, either.

Can't see how Warne's relevant at all. Sick of hearing about him as an option: he's retired; does not want to play.
