ooo haydos, i'm still expecting him to barge a hundred soon, as much as i'd like him to piss off into retirement, he will bully some bowlers soon

Agreed, his seam position is always woeful. The only person I know with worse presentation is O'Brian.
moves the ball around a lot for someone with crappy seam position, in fact i seen obrien wobble it around in england, perhaps it's intentional, yet mitchel johnson couldnt swing a tennis ball with leccie tape on it

Haydos very much on his last legs. Shame he hasn't got an MCG test coming up soon to fill his boots.

I'd like to see him get his 100th test and then call it a day - he can't seriously expect to go on to the 2009 Ashes.

Not in the air, off the deck generally.

I don't think I've ever seen him bowl a ball with an upright seam.

Johnson is another one actually, also woeful.
i consider off the deck more dangerous than in the air, think mgrath, however swing has it's merits, mainly reverse, as it goes later than conventional.

Well if is that good of a shot and there was no fielder there in the first place, then yes your right.
...what?

Bit of bad luck there for Southee. Quite close, but then again Billy Doctrove is generally pretty stingy with his lbw decisions.

Not bad luck, coz the stumps don't move and if the bowler isn't hitting the stumps, how's it bad luck?

What the hell are these commentators talking about?

These days you have to be able to swing it both ways to be a threatening seam bowler?

WTF?! Jesus Christ I just want to strangle them.

Oh and Ponting's straight drive came "straight off the meat of the bat" and "would have beaten mid on" .... Both of which are complete crap.
