Tendulkar has borrowed some luck from Clarke it seems, but tbf to Lee though that was always going to a tough catch.

Bet365 says:

Result: 51%
Draw: 49%
A result is clearly on the cards given the nature of the wicket, its already crumbling and its really dry and as the game progresses it gonna get harder and harder to bat on, and seeing the kind of bounce and turn Krejza is getting on day 1, Harbhajan and Mishra would be a handful on this track, so if India manages a big first innings total then an Indian victory would be an odds on favourite and Australia would have to bat really well to even a manage a draw from there on.

Something to consider, though, is the fact that India are 1-0 up in the series and it's the last Test. They probably won't push for a result unless there's no risk at all of them losing the game by doing so and for all the faults of the Australian bowling attack, they still have a great batting lineup and the pitch is still very flat.

Draw favourite for mine.

Don't like they way India approached their batting today, they have treated the Aussie bowlers quite callously and carelessly and that's resulted in atleast 3 out of the 4 dismissals being gifted and Tendulkar lucky with 2 dropped catches, limiting our chances of getting a big total. Its imperative we get atleast 450 otherwise Australia will still have a sniff in this match.

As SJS said before, he's bowled better than the number of runs he's conceded suggests but not as well as the number of wickets he's taken suggests. He's definitely looked more threatening than White has at any stage this series though.
Wonder if this bodes well for Harbhajan and the Indian bowlers, then.

Regardless, cheers to Krejza for a good performance on debut. Can't have been easy for him to sit out 3 games and then coming into a must-win game and getting the Sehwag love. Good first 3 wickets as any to begin your career, though.

Oh, and all hail Tendulkar...

Well played little master, but you surely owe a few drinks to both Johnson and Lee tonight.
