300 not out of 383 balls, Great SR (also helped by a road of a pitch,)
This is shocking. They've got devoted coverage of the ICL, but not of the Ranji competition. Does cricinfo even believe in on field reporters?Bad news for fans of the domestic scene- no live coverage of the matches on NEO, or even on Cricinfo!
Wonder if the team management agrees. Ideally would have like Chopra in there, though.Already is now. Good time to pick him. He'll be high on confidence and obviously is in form.
Powar's got wickets and runs here. All he needs to do is tighten his fielding, and keep up this form. The look of the Mumbai pace attack isn't threatening. You've got Agarkar and Kulkarni, both undersized, leading the attack, though Usman Malvi was one of the better pacers when he played last time, but that was long ago. We may see the spinners be a lot more crucial for them. The Rajasthan team isn't a patch on their EPL counterparts, but then, that team was full of players from much stronger catchment teams, and of course, other countries.Wonder if the team management agrees. Ideally would have like Chopra in there, though.
My man Powar has bagged a fifer v Rajasthan though AA continues to struggle..
edit: Seems like this is being discussed in the tour thread too.
They're not very user-friendly, though. You really have to dig a fair bit (a times deep) into that site to find what you want. It's also very slow...though I'm still looking for scorecards now. That's a very informative site, but it's difficult to find some stuff there.Cricket Archive has the scorecards. Crapinfo sux.
I wouldn't read too much into the performance of the TN team. They're one of the better batting sides, and the team they're facing is possibly the weakest this season- and they're playing in a club ground. Vijay, though, deserved his place because of consistent performances over a long time.300 not out of 383 balls, Great SR (also helped by a road of a pitch,)
I don't know about that- maybe in the Delhi club scene there is news...Arjaun kumar sarnia moved from aust to new dehli in india,is he lined up with a club yet?
Pujara gets another 300. What are your thoughts on him? Is it time we blood him on the International scene?Anyway, check the Baroda/UP match- both Irfan and Praveen Kumar have scored, and Kumar has followed his five wickets with a rapid score of 38 at a run a ball.
With Kshemal Waingankar getting five against England, he may soon see himself in a Mumbai uniform, and he's worth it. I've read a lot about him and heard from those who have seen him, and he's one of the better seam/swing bowlers around, and surely a lot better than Kulkarni. He's been unlucky not to get too many matches for Mumbai.
