I can't believe I ate the whole thing
1 bat pop to accomplished and 1 experienced pop to reliable. Haven't had an academy pop in ages. Tempted to sell a gun and then invest the maximum for a couple of weeks.

That is 50 runs for Yatawara (40b 4x4 0x6) SR:125.00

There it is, his first U19 half-century... about bloody time. Figures that it would be against a bowling attack with no spinners in it.

Hmm Yatawara back to getting swamped by the usual SL collapse (I keep saying bowling first on anything but a road is death without experienced batting)

Duncan managed 3-80 (6 no-balls) and a match-winning 25* off 26 balls.

Shame Gibbs got called up for next week - my best seamer and decent bat when I'm going for a hard/flat pitch in my OD game.

The drop down box might have rolled back onto a different selection without you noticing, has happened to me a few times with training programs.

International Debutant
End of over 15 (24 runs) - Clean Bowled CC(128-5). 61 runs required from 5 overs. RR 8.53 RRR 12.20
B. Martinez 1 (2b) , V. Harvey 34 (20b) , G. Ramshaw 4-0-44-1
14.6 . Ramshaw to Martinez : A swing and a miss.
14.6 nb3 Ramshaw to Harvey : Belted back down the ground by Harvey, Martinez dives out of the way and they pick up 3
14.5 4 Ramshaw to Harvey : Too full down leg stump and Harvey helps it on its way with a flick to fine leg.
14.4 . Ramshaw to Harvey : Ooh! That has to be close! A beautiful delivery there from Ramshaw, completely deceiving Harvey. It's hit him on the pad with a dull thud. Oh no! The umpire has turned down the appeal and Harvey lets out a sigh of relief. Ramshaw is not happy. Bloomfield shakes his head in disbelief.
14.3 4 Ramshaw to Harvey : Much too full from Ramshaw and easily driven on the off side for four.
14.3 nb1 Ramshaw to Martinez : Martinez drops it at his feet and they sprint through for a quick single.
14.3 wd Ramshaw to Martinez : Wide of off stump. Ramshaw grimaces in frustration.
14.2 W Ramshaw to Perez : Flat delivery on the middle off stump line. Perez comes down the track, looking to drive it away through cover. The ball clips the edge and flies low towards Dalkin at first slip and he takes it diving across to his right.
D. Perez c C. Dalkin b. G. Ramshaw 45 (28b 4x4 0x6) SR:160.71
14.1 4 Ramshaw to Perez : Four runs. That went straight off the meat of the bat. An excellent cover drive by Perez.
14.1 nb4 Ramshaw to Perez : Beautiful technique there as Perez just strokes it through the offside for 4.

worst over in the history of ftp I bet. Think I might fire him for that

Everytime i have picked your allrounder he has either failed or lost the game for us. Is playing next game though.
I guess that why his record is on par or better then most other seamers in the side and not far off the specialist batsmen and better then some that continually underperform (or never have performed).

I'm after a friendly tomorrow to see the new 'player X is tired' stuff.

So if anyone wants a game on a more batsman-friendly pitch (want a longish game to see tiredness kick in properly) let me know.

Duncan finally showed up for the U19s - took 4-33 on a slow (four of the top six bats). Meanwhile Yatawara second top scored for SL's top six, scoring at well over a run a ball...

After the complete and utter bull**** that happened to me yesterday - ~600-6 scored off the first 87 overs of the game, then I lose 8-48 against tired largely mickey mouse bowling on a road with a good long experienced batting lineup it looks like I'll be hard pressed to win England's 50 over championship.

Anyway I'm looking to get the endurances up pretty high on my players over the next few months - seriously high compared to most others. All my regular seniors are already capable+ but I'm looking at getting them up to expert+. As for my younger players I'll be a bit more lenient and phase it in over time. But I want Yatwara up to reliable before the end of the season, getting tired after 60-70 balls in normal conditions is a bit rubbish - I presume his performance suffers a little before he actually gets 'tired' anyway. He'll keep batting at 3/4.
